Zero Balancing (ZB) massage is practiced fully clothed with a firm but gentle touch. ZB releases energy current from deep within the bones, moving it out through the joints and soft tissue.

Soul Lightening Acupressure

Soul Lightening Acupressure is the practice of applying hand or finger pressure to specific energetic or conductive points on the body. It is based upon the same ancient principles as the art of acupuncture, except it uses the softer form of curved finger pressure on the meridian points. 

This gentle bodywork has been shown to boost the immune system, offer relief from allergies, and create greater energy flow, along with many other health benefits.

 Acustretch is an unique stretching session, performed on a massage table, incorporating personal healing resorvoirs acupoints. From your first session you will notice improved flexibility.

Sivananda Yoga is a traditional yoga for your mind-body-spirit balance and is customizable for specific physical needs. 

This allows you to focus on regaining strength and mobility and offers modified versions of the postures to honor your limitations and increase flexibility.
